Entries must be verified prior to submission by staff member in charge at the Millennium International Avionics “MIA” booth.
All entries become the property of “MIA” and will not be returned.
No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
“MIA” reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and subject any participant using any such methods to disqualification.

PRIZES: The Grand Prize will consist of:
One (1) Grand prize to be awarded by random drawing on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at the Millennium International Avionics Exhibit Booth N5623 at 12:00 PM. Winner need not be present to win. Grand Prize will consist of (5) $2,000 in gift cards for airfare and/or vacation packages. No Cash alternative offered. (1) entry per person. Must attach business card to scratch off ticket or complete contact information on entry form to be entered in drawing.
TAXES AND CHARGES: Winning entrant is responsible for all applicable taxes (whether local, state, federal, or international), surcharges, tariffs, duties, shipping and handling charges, and all other charges associated with taking possession of any Prize.
WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Millennium International Avionics “MIA” is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in the “Take A Vacation From Costly Upgrades” promotion.
“MIA” reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the “Take A Vacation From Costly Upgrades” promotion.

Grand Prize Winner: Grand Prize Winner may be required to participate in post award publicity promotions. By accepting the Grand Prize, where permitted by law, the prize winner grants to Millennium International Avionics and those acting pursuant to Millennium International Avionics authority (and agrees to confirm said grant in writing) the right to use and publish his/her name, biographical information, statements made regarding Millennium International Avionics, or the promotion (provided same are true), portrait, picture, voice and likeness for trade, advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration, or notification, review or approval, worldwide, and on the Internet. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Millennium International Avionics and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in any Promotion related activity, or participation in the Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY: Participation in Promotion is open only to fully registered individuals attending the NBAA Conference. Companies represented by any individual delegate are not eligible for participation, and any such company does not have any claim to the Prize awarded to the winning entrant. Employees and the families of employees of Millennium International Avionics, are ineligible for participation in Promotion. Employees and the families of employees of any contractor of NBAA are ineligible for participation in Promotion. Employees and the families of employees of any sponsor of the Promotion are ineligible for participation in the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries, are not eligible. This offer is void where prohibited, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
SUBMISSION: Submission of an entry by any entrant constitutes that entrant’s agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
