Our Flat Rate Exchanges are just that. We charge no unexpected bill back. We do however expect to get a core which is “as removed” and has not been BER’d by another shop. After exchanging thousands of LRUs we have had no bill backs if a core has been returned meeting this criteria.

No, unlike the OEM at this time we DO NOT require an RMA. Please provide your company name, address, ship to address, point of contact, phone, fax, and e-Mail, along with a detailed description of the problems with the unit and type of service you are requesting such as Bench Test, Repair, or Overhaul.
